this happened today at work
- co-worker: Happy Father's Day!
- me: thanks, but i'm not a father yet, gotta find the right woman first.
- co-worker: oh, I thought you were married and that you have kids?
- me: nope, I never said I was married or that I have kids, but i'm open to the idea of being a family man... i'm still lookin' around though.
- co-worker: my mistake, you just LOOK like you're taken.
- me: haha, oh yeah? how so?
- co-worker: i dunno, maybe it's the way you carry yourself? don't worry, she'll come to you when the time is right.
- me: thanks!
